Creekside RV Resort is a subdivision of individual deeded lots without the on site management and price structure of a corporate owned RV Resort Therefore all lots are rented individually by owners and depending on the improvements vary from lot to lot. We are a Family and Pet friendly RV Resort, offering 61 spacious lots and amenities, including:

This unbelievable location offers incredible amount of fun with option for uninterrupted relaxation and location – Tucked away BUT within walking distance from OWA And Tropical Falls the south's newest indoor/outdoor water park and amusement park and walking distance to a FOLEY Major Sports Tourism Complex and Tournament Facilities.

Home Depot, Lowes, Tangler Outlet mall, Walmart, and Hundreds of retail stores are less than a mile away ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE (if you are up for it but hey).

-Dozens of restaurant serving fresh Gulf seafood and whatever you like within 1 mile. OUR FAVORITE-WOLF BAY Restaurant is about 1/2 a mile. Wolf Bay, OWA and LAMBERTS are right here.. Creekside putt-putt golf is about a half a mile and Brick Oven Pizza is a walk away.

-The most beautiful White-sandy beaches are only 8 miles away, You can spend whole day or just enjoy a view of sunset.

OUR Alabama State Park is real close with lots of nature hiking, jogging and bicycle trails. Don’t have a bike, no worries they will rent you one there.

-THE Wharf Marina –is about 3 miles away and known for the biggest entertainment on the coast ! The Amphitheater hosts lots of concerts Last year Jimmy Buffet, Tim McGraw, Kenny, Zac and tons of other headliners PLUS the Largest Ferris wheel, Laser shows, Car shows, Shopping, Dinning and much, much more!

Here, you can finally escape your busy life and start living on Island Time, easygoing and stress free but never boring! With just perfect amount of everything.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE RULES

Creekside RV Resort Park Rules

Speed Limit is 10 MPH for all motorized vehicles
Resort is protected by 24-hour Audio and Video
Surveillance
NO parking on Grass
Only one RV and two personal vehicles (automobile or truck) shall be parked or maintained on any Lot.
Motorcycles or scooters (Maximum of 2) and 1 golf cart are also allowed as long as there is room without parking on grass or outdoor kitchen area
All motorized vehicles must be parked on the main pad of their lot and not on grass or outdoor kitchen/patio area
No Boats, Boat Trailers, Utility Trailers, Cargo Trailers, Car Dollies, Horse Trailers, or tents. Store all trailers off site immediately after RV Setup. NO OVERNIGHT STORAGE Violators will be fined $100.00 a day. (HOA IMPOSED)
Propane fire-pits only NO WOOD FIRES
Pond is for catch and release only
Pets must be on a leash at all times
2 Pets per lot maximum (aggressive breeds NOT ALLOWED)
NO washing of pets in bathhouse
Clean up after your pets (pick up their poop)
No clothes line allowed
Pool Hours are 07:30 till 10 p.m.
No children under 12 years of age in the pool area without an Adult
No glass containers allowed in the pool area
Do Not leave personal items at the pool (floats, towels, etc.). These items will be removed and disposed of daily
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 7 a.m.
Lawn crew mows every Wednesday, please ensure all items are off the grass
Sprinklers run Tue and Fri between 10:00 PM and

0730 AM

• Dumpster is located in back of park and is for household garbage only
